Both partners must carry one valid original Government ID proof among Voter ID card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, etc. No photocopy or soft copy is accepted.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Refunds will only be provided if a cancellation is made 24 hours before check-in time. In any case, if the booking has been made within 24 hours of check-in time, a refund will be provided if the booking is canceled within 15 minutes. If eligible, a refund will be initiated, which will reflect in your account within 5 business days.
